AltaSteel Celebrates 6 Months with no Lost Time Injury

On  June 17, 2008 Altasteel celebrated achieving 6 months without a lost time injury. This achievement is one more indicator of the positive improvements being made throughout the plant in its drive to achieve Zero Harm. Achieving milestones such as this show that all employees are embracing the challenge of working safely and looking out for the health and wellbeing of their fellow employees.

To celebrate the achievement management hosted a series of morning coffee and donut breaks at the main entrance for everyone coming and leaving work.
