We’re currently hiring motivated, safety-focused Millwrights to join our maintenance team in a full-time, permanent, in-town opportunity. Responsibilities:
As part of our Maintenance team, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving plant equipment reliability and performance including:
- Performing preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on industrial equipment including pumps, conveyors, motors, seals, and rotating equipment
- Troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Diagnosing equipment issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Reading and interpreting drawings and plans to complete repairs efficiently and safely
- Assembling, fitting, aligning, and adjusting machinery and equipment
- Responding to breakdowns and minimizing operational downtime
- Working collaboratively with operations, engineers, electricians, welders, and other trades
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records within the CMMS system
- Supporting a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Journeyperson Millwright Certification (Alberta) and/or Red Seal Certification
OR - Registered 4th Year Millwright Apprentice (Alberta Apprenticeship Program)
- Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, mining, or heavy equipment environment considered an asset
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to safety and safe work practices
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic computer skills

Competitive compensation:
- Journeypersons: $46.195/hour plus shift premiums
- 4th Year Apprentices: 90% of the applicable apprenticeship rate
- Excellent overtime opportunities, paid at 1.5x for the first overtime hour worked in a week and 2.0x for all subsequent overtime hours, provided a minimum of five (5) overtime hours are worked
