On-site Fitness Facility

For a fee of $5 per month, AltaSteel employees have access to an on-site fitness facility. The facility is open 24/7 and can be used any time outside of your working hours. The fitness facility is attached to our Changehouse facility allowing for people to have access to the change rooms and shower facilities.

Annual Holiday Celebrations

Each year AltaSteel hosts a holiday party for all AltaSteel employees to participate in.

Service Awards

AltaSteel recognizes the long-term service of our employees through a Service Award Program.  Employees are eligible for the Service Award after completing 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 years of Service.

Employees who have achieved 25 years of service become members of the prestigious AltaSteel’s “Quarter Century Club”.  New members are honoured every year with a celebratory dinner. Every second year all members of the Quarter Century Club are hosted during the Quarter Century Reception.
